BOOKING CONDITIONS

All reservations must be made directly with Sovereign Conference.
Any amendments/additions/cancellations must be made in writing to Sovereign Conference.
The hotel may contact you directly to request any required deposits.
Should you cancel or be a ‘no show‘ the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees.
Each delegate is responsible for settling their own Accommodation accounts and any ‘extras’ (i.e. telephone calls, room service, newspapers, bar bills, etc.) on departure from the hotel, or when requested.
Sovereign Conference will not be held responsible for any bills not settled by the individual.
